18 Luxury Condominiums; 5 Different Floor Plans

Each of the Cortona's 18 condominium homes has approximately 2,000 square feet* (*measured from plans.).

The layouts are all designed to take advantage of light, views, open space and, for a few, yard areas. Each home has 2 fireplaces: great room and master suite. Four of the first floor homes have direct yard area access through private patio areas. All of the homes have 2 deck or patio areas. Two penthouse units have verandas that span the entire home, creating an outside room (complete with double-sided fireplace) allowing for the use of the Great Outdoors as your own special outdoor living room. These outdoor room and most of the other patios have pergolas to define the outdoor room area and to provide open "cover" to the outdoor living experience.

Corner Units have East and North or South facing windows and the Middle units have North or South facing windows

Each of the 7 remaining corner units has windows wrapping the unit for lots of diverse lighting and privacy. These units include 106 (Model) on the first floor, 203, 204 and 206 on the second floor and 303 on the third floor. There are two "B" floorplan units on each of the 1st and 2nd floors, with either north or south facing windows. The 3rd floor units are configured slightly differently, some with larger kitchens and others with larger veranda patios.
